After 25 years of owning a successful retail business in New York, I decided it was time for a change. I was able to sell my business, my commercial and residential properties and headed to Vail in 1999. After 15 years in the beautiful Vail Valley, it was time to help others find their dream home in the mountains of Colorado and started The Gold Team Realtors in 2014. My experience in commercial and residential real estate spans 35 years and my knowledge of sales and marketing are unsurpassed. As an owner of 3 residential properties in the valley, I have a vested interest in the real estate market here and a great desire to help keep the trends moving in the right direction. Since moving here in 1999 I have taught skiing, worked in product sales and services, managed my rental properties, and have done home renovations. My wife and I have a son that is 13 years old and was born here in the Vail Valley Medical Center. We have also become Grandparents to a beautiful baby boy and recently a gorgeous baby girl, thanks to my older son and his wife who are still back in N.Y. Thanks guys, we love you all.
